Lally Freeborn is a UKCP accredited Systemic Psychotherapist with many years experience working with children, young people, couples and families within the NHS, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and Relate. She is CRB checked.
I have a background in nursing, sexual health, health visiting and child development.
I am an experienced couple therapist and have worked for Relate in Brighton and Lewes.
I have worked in the community within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) within the NHS, which involved working therapeutically with children and families within the home.
At present, in addition to my private practice, I am a therapist within specialist CAMHS, working with children and young people who experience, depression, anxiety, eating disorders and self harm. Much of the work involves supporting the young person through transitions, building on their identity and confidence and helping them to understand, communicate and express their feelings more effectively.
I also work closely with parents and carers.
